Honors "We Miss You" bonus offer not working
just curious to know if anyone else has received an email offer of 5000 points for the next stay of two nights or more and if they were successful in using it.
i received an email that says "We Miss You" with a "get started" button. when i click on it, it takes me to a log-in page but when i try to log in, i get an "Oops! something has gone wrong." message.
i sent an email and the reply was that i must have waited too long but I tried within hours of receiving the email.
anyone have better luck? or any suggestions on how to make hilton honor this offer? (without spending hours for a 5000 point bonus.)
btw, i found "we miss you offers" from 2014 but nothing else relevant when i searched.

My wife received an offer a couple of months ago for a "miss you" bonus of 15,000 points for a 2-night stay. I registered her for the bonus and we stayed on a Fri-Sat night a couple of weeks ago and the bonus posted right away.
