They have had a couple different brands over the years...sometimes a French champagne, sometimes a prosecco, sometimes a sparkling wine...all good stuff. Never self serve on the alcohol.

The table indicates that it was crispy beef, was there a separate beef with broccoli, as well?
What are bao buns, and what were the proteins you could choose from, if you recall?
Do you recall any of the Asian themed salads you posted -- it is difficult to divine what they were from the great pictures?
Also, were there any seafood dishes?
Thanks.
PS -- if you are still there, they do have the Conrad Panda bears.

Yes to pandas.
Menus are here- they rotate. I usually call or text the Conrad to ask them the Sakura Club rotation a few days in advance.

If you need to stay after check out, I would check out in the Sakura Club at the last minute. They will let you hang out, you will have access to the light food items in between meals. We did this our last stay.

Thanks. I was there for Latin/Mexican night and I would only rate it as fair.
First, I am not a big beef eater so although I did have 1 Beef taco, I preferred the Chicken Tacos.
Second, they chintzed out in my opinion, as the Fish ceviche was ok, but it should at least have had some shrimp, even popcorn shrimp - not having such was just an economizing measure and it fell flat.
Third, the fish they always use for any preparation is local Rockfish which I find oily and fishy. It tasted as much in the Roasted fish dish, but not so bad in the ceviche.
Fourth, I did not even see Guacamole on the buffet table.
On the other hand, I did like the Tomatillo chicken and the arroz con leche -- thus, only a fair rating and a demerit compared to the other meals I have had there previously.
The other menus look somewhat more appealing, but I would like to know if the BBQ dinner has pork or beef ribs, as they mention brisket (beef) followed by "ribs."
If beef ribs, then count me out as they are much too fatty and massive compared to any of their pork counterparts.

Easter dinner night was modified Italian night with some special enhancements!
Here is the Italian night spread. Chicken cacciatore was great. Pro-tip: the food is completely refreshed around 7:30pm so if you have to check-in late or are out sightseeing, you won't need to rush back for the 5:30pm dinner start.
