Hilton Asia Pacific sale
Hilton is running an Asia Pacific sale at present, but the rates seemed somewhat high (I was looking at some of their Australian properties). Does anyone know whether they are up to their usual tricks of raising their prices and then offering a 25% discount?

I checked Hilton Phuket weeks before the sale, and during the sale, it's pretty much the same. So.... yea.

Got a Hilton Sydney room below A$200 so definitely some discounts there

The lowest I'm seeing is A$228, and those dates are rare.

This is a joke.

APAC Promo $151 per night (Executive Room) vs Advance Purchase $121 (Deluxe Room) or $151 (Executive Room). Since I am Diamond, better off booking the Advance Price for the Deluxe room and getting a upgrade to Executive Floor
