Wow, just wow. So that guy opened a 2nd account, paid for the first night, pulled a dodgy complaint, and used the points to continue staying at the same hotel, until he was low on points so put in another dodgy complaint to keep his scam rolling, so he could make Diamond for the princely sum of $50..... Nothing dishonest was going on there, no siree!
