I have 4 nights stay in Sydney.
West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton - AU338 (honors rate per night) for King Acacia Room - for 4 nights AU$1,354.36 with taxes v/s Hilton Sydney - King Guest Room - AU 397 (Honors rate ) - for 4 nights AU$1,591.06 with taxes.
Curio charges AU10 extra per person for hot breakfast despite Hilton Diamond.
Hilton Sydney will have executive lounge. I don't know if they charge AU10 for breakfast in restaurant.
Which one to choose?

Hilton will charge AUD10 extra for full brekky buffet, no add-on for continental. There is some hot food in EL and a full spread of everything else. No lounge at Curio, so no afternoon tea or evening drinks/canapes. I don't really stay at Curio anymore unless there's a massive price difference, which you don't have. Location difference is not a significant issue.
