Hilton.Com delay in receipt being posted?

Hilton.Com delay in receipt being posted?

Went to check if points as well as hotel receipts were posted. Can't see receipts and how the points were calculated. Am I missing something.

It takes several days after your stay before the receipt and points post to the website.

it usually post all points w full details 40 hr after check out on ur profile.
note that at some hotels,the details will never be posted (points will).
i will guess the reason for this is the pc system used at that hotel.

Sometimes for me, it doesn't post in the "account" section but, can be viewed in the "past stays" section...of the app.

I've been trained by the past six months, only, ever, use the APP!!

When it comes to Hilton the only thing you can be sure to quickly post is the charge against your credit card.

Everything else, including the receipt and points, comes somewhere between a few days after checkout and never.

Even if you cancel before arrival date! Had it twice now. Once I was charged for no-show even though I cancelled well ahead of arrival and today just noticed charge for stay starting in 5 days which I just cancelled. So they pulled the trigger 5 days before arrival and now I have to wait for refund and will be penalised by foreign exchange rates. I think I'm done with American Hiltons.

In my case, an online folio is almost always visible for U.S. properties, and almost never visible for non-U.S. properties.

And it always takes a few days, of course.

Mine have been taking noticeably longer lately - up to a week to find any mention of a stay (points or folio).
