Not to fault the owner, but taking out a "six-year loan and continues to pay $2,000 a month in car payments" seems like this isn't a car the owner should be getting.

Who knows why they chose to finance it but can't have much monetary sympathy for them as they are now driving a Ferrari.

wow google some cases it seams in some states just a sign is enough to protect hotel even if they are fault in others the hotel is only responsible if they are negligent.
