Gold / Diamond Complimentary Laundry benefits
In your experience, which Hilton group properties currently provide complimentary laundry / pressing / dry-cleaning benefits to Gold & Diamond members staying at the property?
I am happy to kick off the list with a couple that I know of and perhaps you can add any others that you are aware of:
Petaling Jaya, Malaysia: Hilton PJ, offers two items for pressing only, per stay
Johor Bahru, Malaysia: DoubleTree JB, offers two items for pressing only, per stay
Singapore: Hilton, offers one item per stay for pressing only

Hilton KL last year - offered (I think) 3 items of pressing or 2 items of laundry per DAY. Laundry (as opposed to pressing) only allowed if stay longer than 3 days I think. Was great benefit.
Also had some free pressing at Conrad Singapore, though don't remember exactly how much.

The Conrad Singapore offered free pressing the last time I was there several months ago, but I do not know whether they have had any changes to that policy since then.

In Nov 2014, Conrad Hong Kong offered 4 items pressed.
They did a fantastic job - stays for the collars, wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a basket.

I would say this is more of a Far East thing--happens for top tier members at IHG as well (or used to). Never had it happen at a Hilton or IHG property in Europe, N. America, Africa or South America but frequently in Asia.

It was several years ago, but the Doubletree in downtown Milwaukee, WI had free laundry machines for guests.
