How Long Has HH site been down?
I logged in to my HH account and my 200,000 points were gone and I had a 0 balance. No activity was noted. I closed out, logged back in and got "maintenance issue"

Anyone else out there experience this?

I can't log-in either.

I knew someone would already be talking about this on flyertalk.

I'm not getting a maintenance issue, I'm getting "The Sign in details you entered do not match any accounts on record..."

I keep going in a loop at the login screen. Keeps asking me to login but never actually works. No error message.

That's what I'm getting now too, but the app is still telling me that my account details don't match any accounts on record.

Still out for me. Wonder if they realize how much these glitches cost them? I need to book a two night stay starting tonight that is going to Marriott now. Oh well, was looking forward to staying at the Hilton in downtown Cincinnati.

I've just rung to try to book something, and been told "All our systems our down, please try calling back in an hour or so"

It's got to be a significant amount of money. I just booked 3 rooms for 3 nights at a Starwood property instead of a Hilton property.

I was just on there about 90 minutes ago so it can't be too long that they've been down.

I just double checked, I booked 2 rooms at 11:13am Eastern. So less than an hour ago.

HHonors app for the iPhone seems fine when I try to make a dummy booking...
