Senior Rate/Day Use
Booked MVP rate for HGI Freeport ME @ $159. Later, check senior rate and it shows $149. Cancel MVP booking and attempt to book senior rate. Senior rate avaiable for DAY USE of room only. Believe it said from 9 AM to 5 PM only. Maybe someone else has noticed this, I have not. Easy to see how a person could book this and have a big surprise when arriving. No senior rate avaiable for a normal nights stay....rate goes to $199.

Interesting. I've never seen a day-rate online before. And as previously noted many times, never cancel a reservation before confirming a new one.

I've never seen any sort of a special AAA, AARP, corporate, etc. day rate. They all seem to be just a single day rate.
