Hilton does not want or care about customers.
I have been on the phone with Hilton for 3 weeks doing what they requested to match my status form Sheraton.
Just got off the phone with a supervisor and they told me it tales time.
I acked if it always takes 3 weeks and they said yes and it is a very busy time for them right now.
I am a Platinum member with Sheraton and a Gold with Marriott.
I do not need the aggrivation.
I will NEVER do business with Hilton again.
I will take my 50 plus stays a year to any other chain.
HILTON has terrible customer service.
