Try looking again...mine was virtually instantaneous. If not, I'd contact Hilton Technical Support right away.

Hilton sent me a letter offering to extend my status another year (even though i was only one stay away and had already made a reservation for that) and telling me of this offer. I'm glad everyone's been able to benefit from it.
