Getting a system error, imagine it's a targetted promotion. Although it could be typical of the Hilton website that crashes every 5 mins :-)

Open only to legal residents of the U.S., Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), who are of legal age of majority in their place of residence (and at least 18 years of age) and who are Hilton HHonors™ members.
