Now talking to the Twitter team. Not overlapping.
No response from the Diamond desk.
Seems that the HGI is claiming that we checked out a day earlier on the 5 night reward stay.
This is despite them billing us for dinner and breakfast the following day!
As a result I didn't get any nights credited or stay or points spent etc.
I even have my Google timeline to prove that we were at the hotel.
It is poor when as a Diamond we have to try and prove that we were at a hotel.
Oddly the hotel didn't get a response to their emails either.
They have not said to me that we didn't stay on the 5th night, but according to Hilton they told them that we didn't.
Shame as we have enjoyed our three stays at the hotel.

[email protected] seems to work quite well for me - on the most recent two occasions, my issue was resolved within a few days without any follow up required.
