Anyone have problems with points from Hilton Visa posting on Honors account.

This month my points posted on my Visa statement on January 3 like they usually do. However they did not transfer to my Hilton Honors account. I got a run around from Hilton Visa until I finally talked to a supervisor who is looking into it. I remember having this problem several years ago but not recently. Did anyone experience this issue this month?

As a matter of fact, I am still waiting on mine to post too. I am giving them thru tomorrow then sending them an email.

I get mine on the 27th of the month. They posted for December, I will be sure to check for January. I need to book 7 nights at Waikaloa.

My points finally posted today and I'm just a lowly Silver. Maybe they were having a systemwide problem that they resolved. It would just be so much easier if they would inform their agents so they could inform their card holders.

what is the current consensus of this card? There was at one point a lot of problems have they been sorted out, minus the problems a few people have had this month?
