e certs or certs
In a number of threads here I have seen e certs or certs referred to. What are they ?? I know on my airlines but have no idea what they are or how you obtain them in the HH program???

Certain Hilton promotions involve "stay X nights get 1 night free". The free night is issued in the form of an e-cert, which is held in one's HHonors account. They can generally, but not always, be redeemed for a standard room systemwide.
