When does bump in status occur?
It's the EOY now and I had my 40th rental on the 30th of Dec. Another coworker had his 10th rental on the year on about the 20th of Dec...
When does the bump in status occur? I know there is some number in OKC that we can call but I figured we didn't need to call since it's the EOY.

What I have noticed earlier in the decade when they actually issued status cards to #1 Gold and PC customers, it would be dated with a start month of April (or my memory is way off). I found that quite odd.

The few times that it applied to me I called in and had Hertz adjust the status manually within a few minutes while I was still on the phone !
So did I 2 weeks ago... worked like a charm ! ^
I know people who got it applied FOR their 10th / 40th rental so means noe rental earlier.
Cheers,
S

Wondering this myself. Not sure if I met the requirements for PC or not. I know I didn't have 40 rentals, but I might have 120 days or the money. Might have to go back through my expenses and look at the days.
Does anyone know how they calculate the money spent? Is it just the total on the receipt or does it exclude the taxes and concession fees etc.?
