Another new fee ???
After reading here about the new "Energy Surcharge" Fee (great timing: just as oil hits its 13 month low), I actually looked at the "Taxes and Fees" box contained in my most recent reservation, for next week at SDF. Here's what it reads:
tax 8.00 USD
airport concession fee recovery 13.18 USD
vehicle licensing cost recovery 1.35 USD
customer contract fee 5.00 USD
energy surcharge: 1.03 USD
I don't remember ever seeing any "Customer Contract Fee" on my previous rentals. Is this another new phony alternative to a rate hike?
