Bad Hawaii HLE Location

At the moment there is no Manager as the Manager is on holidays for another week.
The Manager in training will not help out to fix a problem that was caused by him/her!
The location closes for periods of over an hour during the day. This is NOT listed on their opening hours on the website.
You will be forced to stand around in a not so desirable location for well over an hour and then leave when they are not back at the advertised "Will Return At" time
UPDATE:
Hertz "head office" rang me back and have fixed the problem/applied credits
