Question CDP Question

I am sure this has been asked by someone, somewhere, sometime before. Do you have to show membership to get the rate? For example USAA i see often has best rates, but I am not a USAA member. Would they know? And if you use hertz 1 club gold, would that bypass it?

I am a USAA member and often use their CDP. I have never had Hertz ask for identification for any CDP I have used.

I am an American Bar Association member (helps not only for the Hertz discount, but also because I'll be heading to law school in a year or so anyway) and even before I turned 25, I was not asked for ABA ID despite the ABA CDP waiving the $25 per day underage fee. Avis, National, and other agencies I've rented with also have never asked for any sort of ID when I've used various discount codes.
