One Way Award Rentals - Any experience?
Hi all,
Has anyone used a Hertz award for a one way rental? I'm moving cross-country in a few months and am wondering if I could potentially use my Hertz points to get a nice SUV for the drive.
Doesn't appear to be any mention of one-way rentals on the Hertz site and search didn't find anything on here for me.
Has anyone done this?
Thanks!

i tried to use an award for a 1 way drive from sacramento to LA, but I was denied bythe website and also by the phone agent.
one ways are extremely expensive (as you probably have been quoted). depending on how many days you'll take to go across country, it could be cheaper to fly and ship all your stuff over instead.
