Using Z1 points
I had a question about Z1 points. I will be using some points for an upcoming one day rental. I understand that I am liable for taxes etc. What I would like to know about is insurance. Ususally when I rent with Hertz, my company takes care of the insurance so I decline all coverages. This is going to be a pleasure rental. Do I need to take out insurance or will my Diners Club, which I will use to pay the taxes etc. cover the insurance. Also I have my own insurance at home for my personal vehicle. Any help greatly appreciated
