I am currently hertz gold and wanted to know if Hertz would match me up with my national executive status. how would I go about doing this? I heard people doing this before. Should I e-mail them via hertz contact us page online and simply tell them I am national executive member and would like to have the status matched with hertz if possible?

I tried to pull up my reservation for two days and I got an error message that it requires minimum days and to change it. Well, I can't change it if it won't let me into the reservation
