Zero Points

Just logged into the website. It shows:

Gold Plus Rewards President's Circle
0 pts


So I called the President's Circle Number. They still have me at tens of thousands of points. Is this just another Hertz IT screwup?

Just checked the app, it has the correct number of points.

I posted about this over a week ago. Website shows 0 points, app shows correct points. I reported it to Hertz, someone on the PC line, and she really wasn't interested, all she wanted to do was assure me I still had my points. Wasn't that concerned seemingly about their website issue.

btw, and I'm only speaking for myself, whatever Hertz did on their website, has also had the side effect of impacting Awardwallet from retrieving the correct Hertz total... it now reports my Hertz points as 0 as well.

fyi, looks like in the past few hours whatever the problem was with the Hertz website (not the app) got fixed, as it's now showing the correct number of gold points (not 0). And, therefore, Awardwallet now is picking up the correct number again.
