Unfortunately, Hertz doesn't make that information public (at least in my experience); as such, FT Rules would not allow this to be posted.

It seems for major/airport locations, Hertz intentionally makes it impossible to contact a human without going there and waiting in-person at the airport (which we all know is inconvenient if you're not actually there for a flight). Phones are always set to auto-forward to the foreign CS agents, no emails, etc. This was the way it is even before covid.
