Had 3 rentals YTD. All 3 posted as 0 points. Two were corporate and one was against VISA CDP.

Anybody seeing same thing?

They were all eligible booked on hertz.com post paid in US corporate locations.

nope. Just default to earning Good points. This issue just started all this year.

e-mail [email protected] . They can fix it easily or tell you why it happened. Filling in the form on the site takes ages (or never a reply).

I am a PC member and has this happen. I contacted them and it was rectified. It seems to be a glitch.

Sorry, I called Hertz PC customer service. It was fixed instantly.
