Promotion coupon not applied
Hi,
I had a rental in December using a PC code from an airline giving extra miles. On the booking confirmation it said 'PROMOTION COUPON NOT VALIDATED - CHECK AT COUNTER UPON ARRIVAL', but I forgot to ask about this throughout the rental and the extra miles did not show up.
Is it mandatory to check at counter for using PC code or is this just a special case? I thought Hertz should have a record of all PC codes they have agreed with partners.
Do I still have chance to claim it back now by contacting Hertz?
