All Points gone - just me or a wide spread glitch?

All of my points have gone too out of my account. I just received an email from Hertz showing my PC status and correct number of points suggesting I redeem some of them for a reward. Very odd.

Possibly a similar issue: The Hertz website allows me to log in, but when I then try to go to "my account", it prompts me to "register for gold". Additionally, it does not show my upcoming rentals nor any of my rental history. Whenever I try to access those using the website, I just get the sales pitch to sign up for gold. HOWEVER, if I use the direct link to my account management (that I made a shortcut of several years ago), I can see everything I'm expecting including rental history and upcoming rentals, my PC status, and my point balance. The Mobile App also shows everything correctly. Somebody effed up the new website rollout, I think.
