3rd form of ID
I'm a 5* (actually I think my next rental puts me into Pres), and I have a rental at LAX next weekend. In the reservation summary under Warning Messages, it says 3rd form of ID required. I have never seen this before, or maybe just didn't notice it. The rental conditions didn't seem to provide any clarification. Anyone know what this is?

Interesting; what class of car are you renting?
Myself and a colleague just picked up a car (Jaguar X-Type, 'PDMR' class I think) at Milan Malpensa and he was asked for a second credit card (???) which was slightly tricky as he'd only brought one with. I ended up having paying for the rental with my Amex and guaranteeing with my Visa.
This was also something that hadn't been mentioned anywhere when booking.

I found the same problem with a gold rental I booked last year in Nov.for pick up in Feb. Explanation was that either the credit card on file as part of profile expired between booking and pick up or I was using a different card to that on file.
Changed the data and not had the message again.
