Additional driver fee for 5* in Canada?

Additional driver fee for 5* in Canada?
Is there a fee for having an additional driver on a hertz rental in Canada (halifax airport) when you are 5 star?

I rent at YUL 4 or 5 times a year and have also been told that additional drivers are included.

Rental taken out, confirmed that people related to me don't even need to be listed on the contract with driver's license. Anyone can confirm or was I BS-ed?

They told me the same thing last year when I rented from YHZ
But they did upgrade me to a Jeep Compass, which was nice for driving around Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
