Infuriating Website Bug

I've been having this problem for a while, Hertz have told me they are aware but still nothing has been done to fix it!
I have a Hertz Charge card in my Gold Plus profile, which is charged to my employer. There is also a business address for my employer. I can't change my employer details.
Sometime in the last few months the business name disappeared from my profile. The website won't let me edit the business name field. If I try to change any other information on the billing page, such as my own credit card, it says the business name field must be completed, even though it is impossible!
Just noticed that all my credit cards have been cleared from my profile and I have a rental tomorrow. So no gold service because I can't edit my profile. So annoying!

You have to call Hertz Gold customer service. Even in the Gold Office (at least at LAX) they can't access and change your profile (even though the Hertz website says you can).
