Has anyone received a threshold award (ie 600 points after 15 rentals) lately? I'm up to about 40 rentals this year and my balance hasn't budged.

My YTD rental ticker has been stuck since February as well... :rolleyes:

Always having the points not posting issue. Just call the Hertz gold rewards desk anytime and t
Tell them. They credit the points instantly. I had 3 rentals with no points. Called and was given the 2800 points immediately!

The problem with YTD has been a long while. Even hertz knows it. Do you not see this under your account activity?

"We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the Rentals YTD count. We apologize for any inconvenience. In order to view your 2013 rentals, please click the "Receipts" tab above. Thank you for your understanding."

It's super frustrating to see a system 'upgrade' end up having so many problems...

After 2 months with no progress the address provided got me the missing points in 2 days!!

I am afraid that after several emails, no point has been posted onto my account.

I had to send an email to the French GM to finally get an answer from Gold Service (in ten days).

Simply unbelievable that some rentals at the same agency get some points when some one week later does not. And simply amazing that "customer support" simply does not reply.

Hertz, like any other car rental company, is very challenged by online travel agencies (60% of customers book a car rental outside Hertz agency/internet site). Therefore, the management of loyalty and customer satisfaction is key.

Obviously Hertz has forgotten this very basic business issue.

I had a problem with miles posting (not points). [email protected] responds (although it does take them a few days to get back to you).

I'll try that address.
None of my points have posted since Sept '13, though the receipts and rental count are there.

When I requested points, I received a "duplicate request" email that said the points had already posted. Buuuut, my balance is zero.

Hi all,

I'm hijacking this thread so as not to create a new one.
I've been told before that you don't get points for renting on hertz.fr or .it (or any foreign location) for a US rental.
Or for renting on hertz.com for a european rental.

Anybody know if that's true? Does it depend on the rental's location, or on the location you've entered for yourself in your profile?
