MISSING bonus points
i saw a promo for rent 3 of more days three different times you will get 500 x3..I dont see any points or the ad from hertz since program ended.. Does anyone remember that promo??

I don't remember seeing that particular promotion. But there is an online form you can use to claim retroactive credit. Is it just bonus points missing or you didn't receive any points at all? The latter is a easy case to fight, but the former needs lots of perseverance..
