Check your points / YTD rentals (again)

Check your points / YTD rentals (again)
Seems the Hertz IT gurus / gremlins are at work again

My account is now showing as 0 Hertz Points and 1 YTD rental (should be 2,500 and 2 YTD)

The better halfs account is showing as 1,600 Hertz and 2 YTD rental (should be 800 and 0)

Anybody know of an email address we can send errors in posting points/miles in an effort to get a live body to correct the problem? The address customer service gives ([email protected]) just gives an automated message asking you to submit the claim for missing miles online. There is no option to provide comments, attachments or give any information about incorrect amount of miles/points being credited.

Hmm - YTD is right, but somehow I have 8000 points more than I should have. At least Hertz have updated the account activity to show real months now.

If I book an award when it shows the double-amount, and the rental is for today and begins before they fix it... could I get away with it?

Nahh, a rental wouldn't do me much good today anyway.

I have extra points too.. my question is same as jzweighaft, if I use the points before they can fix it, can I get away with it..???

Just checked this out. I have an additional 40000 pts. Mt YTD rentals are now accurate.

an extra 40k points..??????????/ u lucky bugger.. I have like 1.3k extra.. that's hardly anything..

Rewards activity IS working. I just booked a rental with points...and after booking my points WENT UP another 4000 points over what was already 10,000 points more than in my account yesterday.
