Hertz Website Issues
Looking at account activity online today, noticed several rows of activity titled "point expiration". See these back to many months last year. Trying to get to web support to better understand but they are claiming they are not able to see the web due to a recent launch. Anyone else notice a similar issue?

Wanted to redeem some points for a reward and noticed this text on the redemption page:
"Hertz system upgrades are planned for the night of February 25, 2013. We apologize for this inconvenience, but during this time Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members will be unable to redeem a Hertz Gold Plus Reward and the account balance will not reflect the most up to date activity. Please check back with us soon."
The 25th was yesterday of course and it's still not back online today. I wonder if they're having more significant system issues.
