I've noticed some (Licensee) locations are not participating in this one but are participating in the one valid until 12/18

Hertz TUL asked me at return for a coupon for this PC and removed it when I acted dumb but was ultimately unable to produce the coupon. (Granted, the lady returning cars was of questionable intelligence--she came back to me while I was still re-packing my bag and tried to re-return the car and acted shocked when I told her she had already closed my contract...)

Are there any PCs valid for New Zealand in November, other than one that is restricted to local residents? PC 162352 offers a big discount of 2 free days out of 7, but it doesn't kick in until the peak travel season in late December. How come it's cheaper to rent in peak season than in shoulder season?

PC 165141 seems to give a flat $5 off of any reservation, including 1 day. Worked on corp. CDP (which are generally coupon hostile).

This one would've been nice for all those Grand Slammers booking one day car rentals for $8.99 and then ringing up the station manager to collude on a no-show that still gets charged.
