JW Marriott Ilihani

We are going to be here for 7 days in April, It will be our first time here and was hoping that some of you that have visited before could help me out as to what to expect. We are in an deluxe ocean front room, how is that different from a non deluxe ocean front room?
We have a car rented, is on site parking a problem? My understanding is that it's $10.00 a day for self parking or Valet!
How is the Spa...the wife is really looking forward to that!
Anything thing around the area that is a must see?
Any traffic concerns around the area?
Geez...sorry for all the silly questions, just trying to get a visual picture of what we are in for.
TIA for all of your help
This is a great, informative sight
Dave

Welcome to FlyerTalk, DLBurns!

If you don't mind, I'm going to suggest you take a look at the archives of the Marriott Forum as I know there are quite a few posts on the Ihilani there.

Here's a link to the forum http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=427

Just do a search on "Ihilani" and you should find what you are looking for,

If, after reading the threads, you still have questions, we'd be more than happy to help you.

Aloha.
