Uncle Billys

I am sure I saw some info on the Uncle Billys properties here one time and I cant find it! If anyone has any info about this place would you care to share?

used to stay there all the time when I went to the big island with friends. went one trip and they seamed to have lost their aloha, so went to the hilo hawaiian and stay there now.
