Must-Do Things in Big Island, Hawaii?

My wife and I are considering a trip to Big Island next week and need some recommendations on decent coffee tour places in Big Island 
I'll be staying for three days and will be renting a car for one entire day.
Some of the things that comes to my mind:
Black Sand Beach
Coffee Tour
I am still in the process of conducting more research but wanted to hear from frequent travellers

Do a Mac nut farm tours and get some Mac nuts at around South Point, and rent a 4x4 ATV to get to Green Sand Beach.
If you guys are beer drinkers, go to Waimea, Big Island Brewhause as a stopover if traveling between Hilo and Kona.
Zip line over Rainbow falls.
