AMADEUS code for Aloha booking

Aloha everybody,

I booked a multicity itinerary on Aloha Airlines (HNL-OGG-KOA-HNL-LIH-HNL). I´ve got a six digit Confirmation Number, but this does not match witch the AMADEUS code (at least I receive an error message when I enter the code on www.checkmytrip.com). How can i retrieve the AMADEUS code, or doesnt Aloha book into AMADEUS at all???

Some people might ask why I need this code. Here is the answer in advance - when i pull up the booking details on their website, it looks kind of different from may original booking. Flight times and even numbers have changed. I would be quite happy to find out whats the correct information....

Your best bet is going to be calling Aloha Reservations to confirm.

The airline record locators given when you purchase on their websites are not able to be pulled up in main reservations systems like sabre or amadeus. This is unless someone books the trip for you into amadeus or sabre or are able to take/move an existing res into their system.

Mrs. Ripper3785 did look up those flights in Sabre, and it looks like those are schedule changes, and that the latter lines of each segment are the current itin. But call Aloha and confirm that.

Aloha,

Ripper

Mahalo for your help. I just called aloha and your guess was right. The latter lines are the correct ones due to shedule changes.

According to the aloha call center agent they do not book into amadeus, but only into their own system. How could somebody book that reservation into amadeus ???

A travel agent using amadeus could. It's not as simple as one would think. The reservations systems are linked globally in some ways but not others. Maybe you normally use that checkmytrip website for all your travel plans and they pull up with the record locators(confirmation #) you get from the airlines. I didn't think that's how it worked, and tried a couple AA and UA reservations we have on checkmytrip.com and got the same error as you got with an Aloha conf #.

If you'd like to discuss further, shoot me a PM.

Aloha.
