Program changing

I just got my statement yesterday and finally Hawaiian Airlines is changing their program. Instead of giving out those coupons for each 5000 miles you have, they will start to put your miles into an account like most of the other airlines. And their miles will no longer expire after three years as long as you do something with your account every three years.

Has anyone been able to figure out if you need a HA flight every three years, or will any account activity at all keep my miles alive?
