Does Hawaiian airlines promo bonus stack with CC category bonus?
I got an email to get 5x miles when purchasing giftcards with $250+. I just got the HA CC and figured i could buy this to reach that 90k SUB. I'll be buying two tickets too next year to HI so can use it for that. My questions are:
1. Does the 5x stack on top of the 3x Airline miles earned by using the HA CC?
2. Does Amex consider HA gift card purchases as 5x airline purchases? That way i could get 10x the points instead of 8x (or hopefully not just 5x)
