Is the HA iPhone app busted?

Is the HA iPhone app busted?

Trying to log into the app on my phone and it says can't find account. Use exact same credentials on web on phone and computer and it logs in fine. In app tried both username and HA member number. Tried reinstalling app, same issue. Anyone else having issues with the iPhone app?

Mine seems to work but I'm not flying this week so haven't used it to check in and generate a boarding pass (its only real value IMO).

I'm able to log into the app but for weeks now, whenever I open it, I am presented with a warning message that says "Something Went Wrong / We're unable to make your request a this time"

Guess the app just doesn't like me. At least web access is working.

I got this problem starting sometime last week. Login with email or number works fine on website, but error as you described in app. Is this something we should ask them about or will it fix itself? Judging by the dates, I'm guessing there is no fix...

Maybe try deleting and re-downloading the app? Mine still works fwiw.

Was told that with my issue it is because my password starts with a special character. This is to be fixed in a new release soon.
