You can use them on JetBlue, Virgin America (for the time being), and the other Virgin carriers. Or, if you don't want to fly, you can transfer them to Hilton Hotels.

I got an award on Virgin America for SFO-BOS RT in F for 90,000 HA miles. One of my best mileage redemptions ever. I recommend that sort of thing.
