HA mobile app error
Tried to use the HA mobile app to access a booked trip using the Rez Code & last name in order to have trip details on my Iphone (plus thinking that it would show up on my iPhone calendar, as do my UA trips). But continue to get an error when I enter the Code & Name info on "My Trips". The Start Over option defaults to a new flight search. Anyone having a similar experience w/ the mobile app? Regular HA site works OK.
OP here, some hours later. Mobile app now working, can access My Trips, but will not populate the iPhone calendar.

I just sent HA a message about this now. I put a flight on hold but it won't show up on the app. Regular website isn't an issue. Maybe the the app doesn't consider held flights until they've been purchased.

Rec'd a message from HA indicating that they are updating the website and that's the reason I'm not able to find my reservation in the mobile app.
The suggestion was for me to call into customer service or use the website to make the purchase of my on-hold reservation.

Ok, so I've purchased my ticket on Saturday of this past weekend and even today the app is still giving me an error when I try to look up my reservation.
I think there's more to the story that the app just is a front and not fully integrated as one would expect.

Yeah... The browser is the route I go now. Probably won't play with the app until my trip is closer to departing for Maui and then when it's time to return.
