MilesMaximizer-- a few thoughts.
I fly pretty much exclusively with DL where I'm a PM. We're headed to LIH from NYC in February on HA. I decided to get the visa for the bonus miles and the 50% off certificate (which I used with no issues even before my Bank of America Card arrived!).
I notice that for 99$ each way I can maximize my miles. That's almost 11k miles for 99$. That brings the cost down to less than 1 cent per mile. That's pretty amazing! I could even triple obviously at the same rate.
Hawaiian does the Share miles, right? So with the credit card bonus, plus the miles earned on this trip I would have two roundtrip seats with just those miles. I'm curious to know from you more frequent HA travellers how easy it is to book saver seats from the mainland?
Thanks!

lately HA has slashed award availability on the saver level to mainland. you can log into your HA account and search availability using the HA site.
oh and the miles maximizer rarely is a good deal. you may want to redo your calculations.
