Where are the 40,000 F awards??

Where are the 40,000 F awards??
Each year I plan a trip from the Mainland to HNL. With planning, I could find a OW mainland - HNL award for 40,000 miles. NO MORE. The mileage award no longer exists regardless of how near or how far out I tried to book. I emailed HA customer service and they agreed that there were no awards at that level existed even though HA advertises them. A glitch is the system they said. This was weeks ago and the 40,000 mile award still does not exist.

Try calling them...
You should try calling the reservations line directly to book these awards. I checked online and didn't see any 40k awards from HNL to SEA and back for early next year. After reading your post I was thinking none were available. But I called them this morning and they were very helpful in helping me find the 40k awards around the dates that I wanted to travel.
