HA Website Booking Problems
For the last few years (2-3 years), I've been unable to complete a transaction using HA miles to purchase a ticket on the HA website. Prior to the last 2-3 years, I purchased several tickets using the HA website using dollars and using miles without any problem.
What happens is that I go through the entire process selecting flights, inputing passenger info., providing credit card information, etc. When I get to the final page with the final button that says something like "purchase," I click the button and nothing happens. The button actually moves in visually, but it doesn't stay pushed and the bottom of the page stays with "done."
I've periodically tried a number of things with the help of HA websupport. I've deleted cookies, used a new browser program, tried a new computer, etc. Nothing works. I've basically given up and end up calling technical support to book my tickets.
It is frustrating. Anyone ever have anything similar? Any advice? It would be nice to be able to book online . . .
