fly ME ME ME - welcome to Flyertalk and our GLBT forum.
Not sure where you are from - so have no idea what your reference point is.
Toronto in June should be sunny and warm(ish) - I used to live in Buffalo - about 2 hour drive away.
Other suggestions would be Los Angeles / Laguna Beach.
Less of a city with less cultural attractions would be Fort Lauderdale or Palm Springs (will be "warm" no matter what your definition is).

At a loose end as to what to do for our next holiday, so looking for suggestions....
Looking for a gay friendly holiday where we can enjoy a few days of culture in a city/town followed by a few days where we can chill by a pool/beach (therefore must be warm)
Looking to go in June time! Don't wanna travel for more than 7/8 hours, we both work for an airline as crew so flights hopefully shouldn't be a probelm!
I fancy North America but is there anyway we can combine culture with sun in say Toronto???
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You could come to NYC, spend a week or so in the city (hopefully before the summer heat hits hard) then head out to Fire Island for a few days on the beach. check out www.fipines.com for possible rental information. The hotel situation out there is limited and expensive but often people are open to rent out their houses, particularly during the week.
Likewise, you could do Boston and then Provincetown. But again in early June PTown can still be chilly. If you really want the beach, then suggest Miami/South Beach. There is some "cultural" stuff but not like BOS or NYC. But there is also amazing guys, particularly from South America and everything is in walking distance.

I second the NYC/Fire Island or Boston/P-Town suggestions. Both BOS and JFK should be easy gateways from LHR with great public transportation (ie: Train/Ferry to Fire Island or Fast Ferry from Boston to P-Town)

Despite the current volatility, you could head to TLV, which has a great beach, restaurants and gay scene. For culture, Jerusalem is less than an hour away and there are few cities in the world as impressive as Jerusalem.
Only a 5 hour flight from London and guaranteed sunshine in June.
