Sent a PM back to you if you hadn't spotted it yet. Hope it helps and good luck!

We'll be there 12/29 to 1/11 -- too short a time for the distance traveled to get there.

As inasmuchas said - I too have always read your posts with interest but never suspected a thing haha!

As for me: I'm a Sydney boy who lives at the bottom of Oxford Street. I guess that says it all.

May as well add me to the list

I'm off to the USA next year, so far have Seattle and Portland on the list (as necessary ports of call) then a week off. Any suggestions on where to go? Done the San Fran trip before which was fun, but i'm travelling alone this time so need someone to show me the sites

Oh, and if anyone's down in melbourne, yell. thatdocta, when you're going to the laird next just yell. I'll have a beer or three with you

Drew

*edit* QF009, I'm in MEL

Darling

Do they not say the Practice makes Perfect ?

Anyhow as I am afraid that I am not even Australian - even though I was so in love with an Aussie Captain years ago and nearly left eveything for that man - that must qualify me for something! He stayed with the wife he always swore he would leave and I met and married the man that I am still married to after 19 years.

This has nothing to do with the topic but all the crew love hearing Histoires d'Amour - so I thought that I'd share.

Hugs

Yes, here is at least one practising poof in Melbourne. "Practising" is quite an appropriate verb, as it also describes something I do in my profession (and I am not a doctor or dentist).

Pucci, my heart lifted when I saw your name in this thread, although I was momentarily startled. But I am sure everyone here would welcome you as an honorary practising poof.

Sounds good, but with many of us visitors without cars would a QP be the best venue?
